Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LoveShow ("LoveShow", "we", "us", or "our"). We are an individual/sole trader operating under the laws of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered creative services, including AI ID photos, AI portraits, AI music generation, 520 Column features, and AI image editing, available at https://loveshow.life (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent. ⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What We Provide LoveShow provides an AI technology-powered platform that enables users to create AI ID photos, AI portraits, AI couple photos, AI love songs, romantic copywriting, emotional analysis, love memoirs, and AI image editing. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet. 2.2 Nature of Service The Service is a digital intangible product. Access to the Service is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as detailed in Section 7. 2.3 Third-Party AI and Safety Services The Service uses third-party AI models and content-safety services, including OpenAI (gpt-image), Google Gemini, Suno, and Waffo Pancake Content Safety. Service performance and availability may be affected by the operational status of these providers. Major disruptions will be communicated to users promptly.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. 3.2 Account Security - If you discover unauthorized use, contact noreply@loveshow.life immediately. - Do not share your login credentials with any third party. - Ensure your billing email address remains valid. 3.3 Organization Accounts If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of that entity.

4. Credits and Recharge Plans

The Service operates on a credits-based system. Users can purchase credit packages at any time. Credits are used to access Service features such as AI photo generation, AI music creation, and 520 Column features. Current available credit packages and pricing can be found at https://loveshow.life. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 One-Time Recharge Authorization Each recharge is a one-time transaction. By completing a purchase, you authorize LoveShow to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. 5.2 Taxes Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes. Where required by law, relevant taxes will be collected at checkout.

6. Credit Validity and Account Termination

6.1 Credit Validity Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We will send reminder notifications before credits expire. 6.2 Account Termination If an account is terminated (by you or by us), unused credits will be retained for 30 days after termination. After that period, unused credits will expire and will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. The following exceptions apply:

  • Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if credits have not been used within 7 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate charges: Full refund for duplicate charges caused by billing errors.
  • Statutory rights (EU/UK/Australia): The 14-day withdrawal right for first-time purchasers is preserved and no longer applies after first use.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email noreply@loveshow.life before filing a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI Content and Intellectual Property

9.1 Output Ownership Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content created from your inputs ("Output") belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose within the scope permitted by Section 10. 9.2 Input License By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant LoveShow a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. Without your explicit consent, we will not use your Input to train AI models. 9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Suno. Output may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models. 9.4 AI Output Accuracy

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply together with the complete Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) published at https://loveshow.life/en/aup. To keep the platform safe for everyone, the following six categories of content are strictly prohibited when using any AI generation feature (including AI image creation and editing, AI music, and AI text generation):

  • Pornography / NSFW Content: NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, suggestive, nude, or adult content of any kind.
  • Violence / Gore: Gore, extreme violence, self-harm, suicide promotion, or terrorism-related content.
  • Hate Speech: Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
  • Child Safety (CSAM): Any sexualized, exposed, or exploitative content involving minors. Such requests trigger immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Deepfakes / Impersonation: Deepfakes or misleading impersonation of real people (public figures or private individuals), including non-consensual use of another person's face or likeness.
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Generating content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, patents, or trade secrets.

General Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the six categories above, the following conduct is also prohibited:

  • Illegal activities: fraud, drugs, weapons, explosives, or other content endangering public safety.
  • Attempts to bypass content moderation, jailbreak our safety systems, or attack our infrastructure.
  • Uploading photos of people you do not have the legal right to use.
  • Generating or spreading misinformation, or presenting AI-generated content as human-created in order to deceive.
  • Bulk generation of spam or fraudulent content.

Platform Content Moderation Process (Summary)

We enforce this policy through a multi-layered moderation system that combines automated review and human review:

  • Automated review (real time): before generation, the Waffo Pancake Content Safety scan-prompt API scans prompts, instructions, and generation intent; only action=allow proceeds. action=review, action=block, service degradation, or request failure is blocked by fail-closed protection. Outputs are also subject to the safety controls of our underlying model providers and LoveShow's content rules.
  • Human review: staff assess high-risk requests flagged by automated systems, user reports, intellectual-property complaints, and suspicious account activity, including relevant inputs and outputs, context, request records, and evidence of rights.
  • Periodic sampling: at least monthly, we sample moderation records and resolved cases to evaluate accuracy and improve rules, filters, and enforcement procedures. See the separate AUP page for the complete workflow, severity levels, response times, and appeals process.

Reporting and Report Handling

If you encounter abuse or prohibited content, please report it to noreply@loveshow.life. Every report is handled as follows:

  • Acknowledgement: severe violations (e.g., child safety, terrorism) receive an initial response within 24 hours; all other reports receive an initial response within 3 business days, with resolution targeted within 7 business days.
  • Review: each report is manually reviewed against this policy, and the reporter's identity is kept strictly confidential.
  • Outcome: confirmed violations result in the enforcement actions described below, and the reporter is notified of the result. Malicious or knowingly false reports are logged and may themselves be treated as violations.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we apply the following escalating measures at our sole discretion:

  • Written warning with a request to remove or modify the content (first minor violation).
  • Removal of the violating content (confirmed violations).
  • Feature restrictions or reduced generation quota (repeated or moderate violations).
  • Temporary account suspension pending review (serious or accumulated violations).
  • Permanent account termination (zero-tolerance content or repeated serious violations).
  • Reporting to law enforcement and cooperating with investigations where required by law (e.g., child safety or terrorism-related content).

11. Data, Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at https://loveshow.life/privacy. Payment card data is exclusively processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy. 12.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer ⚠️ AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before acting on AI-generated content. 12.3 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoveShow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis. You may delete your account at any time by contacting noreply@loveshow.life.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Before initiating formal proceedings, please email noreply@loveshow.life to attempt informal resolution.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and LoveShow.
